Our therapy is a calm, collaborative, and strengths-based partnership designed to help you become the author of your own healing. We begin by creating an empathetic, non-judgemental space where you can share openly—without shame—and feel genuinely heard.

Rather than trying to “fix” what is broken, we focus on what is already working in you, the resources you can draw upon, and the capacity for change that has always been there. In session, you are not a passive recipient; we work side-by-side, building a therapeutic alliance that supports choice, pacing, and steady progress towards meaningful goals.

Within this partnership, we integrate an attachment-informed understanding of how early relational experiences can shape enduring schemas—deep beliefs and patterns—alongside somatic approaches that attend to how stress and emotion are held in the body.

We also draw on Health Psychology to connect mental and emotional strain with physical wellbeing, so that changes you make in therapy translate into real shifts in your day-to-day life. This holistic approach is particularly helpful for Hong Kong English-speaking expats navigating anxiety and chronic stress, trauma-related patterns, relationship difficulties, burnout, overwhelm, body tension, and that familiar sense of “I know what to do, but I can’t seem to change the way I react.”
